7 Months old and 14 lbs 5 oz.

She's growing...Today Hannah is 7 months old and we went today for her 6 month check up. (a little late due to roseola) She is up to 14 lbs 5 oz which puts her in the 15th percentile. (Someone's gotta be there) and her pediatrician said that since she is so active, she won't gain a whole lot of weight, but as long as she is growing steadily that is all that matters. She is up to 25 1/2 inches long. This weekend we are going to visit Auntie Dani and her cousins. John and I are celebrating our 3 year anniversary and my sister is going to watch Hannah overnight for us. This will be our first time away from her period, let alone a whole evening, but my sister is really great with kids and I am sure she will be just fine.

Ba Ba Ba Baaa

Hannah is very chatty now. She is usually found saying Ba Ba Ba, BUT the other night she was sitting with her daddy and was crying. I walked over to her to take her from him and we both heard her say, "Ma Maa". I am not too sure that she really understood what she was saying, but I will treasure it in my heart.

She is much happier now and playing really well on her own. She likes to take a "dip" into the kitty's water bowl, and her favorite toys right are ribbon, some blocks from her cousins Zoe and Izzy, and a fun play table from her other cousins and Auntie Nikki. She is getting big and is getting around so well and able to stand up more balanced. (holding onto something of course). She is eating carrots this week, and I don't think she is very fond of them. She likes the peas and green beans though. We will see how she does on squash next week. Here is a little video of her vocalizing.
